Always remember HEAT kills LED’s so you need to do everything you can to control the heat management.

when using LED strip lights we strongly recommend using LED aluminium profile lights as they exhaust
any excess heat from the LED and also keep the LED’s mounted rather than using just clips or 3M tape.
It is very suitable for use it for the stair, steps or deck etc, led light strips within the stairs would create an amazing lighting effect at night that you wouldn't notice during the daytime when you don't need it.
If I set up a sensor with a timer it would only come on during a certain time of day and if i walk by. Super efficient. design that would look great
